We’re proud to announce the release of Black Raspberry BA Pevec, a special collaboration with our friends at Casey Brewing, now available exclusively through Oznr for pickup at 3 Sons Brewing.
This isn’t just a bottle—it’s an experience two years in the making.
Brewed with Colorado-grown barley, wheat, and spelt, this mixed culture Saison spent 24+ months aging in Chardonnay barrels, developing soft vinous depth and gentle oak complexity. We then added 400g/L of wild black raspberries, bringing layers of dark fruit and a vibrant acidity to the glass. After bottling, it was conditioned for 3 months for a silky, refined finish.
