We are looking for a Cellarperson, whose primary focus is to ensure the quality and integrity of our product. You will be responsible for monitoring the fermentation of beer, the cooling of fermenting and conditioning beer, and carbonating beer to the correct level and responsible for all beer released to packaging. You will also be responsible for cleaning and sanitizing fermentation and conditioning tanks, as well as transferring beer from tank to tank, ensuring the beer is transferred slowly and in an aseptic manner and also clean and sanitize product lines and other equipment as well as the general working environment in the cellar.

Qualified pizza chef for a full time position. Candidates must be experienced in Neapolitan or wood fired pizza making/cooking. Responsibilities include but are not limited to wood fired oven management, pizza making, pizza cooking, prep, dishwashing, food running and cleaning. Competitive pay based on experience. A working interview will be conducted so those without proper experience need not apply.

Prep Cooks will possess:

• Previous experience working with various cooking methods.

• Experience with butchering and sauce making in a restaurant setting

Dishwashers work take on some janitorial and supportive kitchen tasks, such as, washing dishes and appliances, emptying trash receptacles, scrubbing floors, restocking items, and performing other tasks to ensure that the kitchen and dining areas are clean and prepared for our cooks and customers.

If you have a positive attitude about working in the kitchen and are comfortable cleaning food preparation equipment, or utensils. Washing dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans, using dishwashers or washing by hand and maintaining kitchen work areas, equipment, or utensils in clean and orderly condition as well as sweeping and moping during your shift keeping floors clean at all times.
