Hello Future Family Members!

We are very excited to open up our Family Membership to you!! We know some of you are longtime fans who couldn't get a membership at the time of signups.  And, we know some of you are new supporters who come to the tasting room to eat and drink often.  We continue to be humbled by the love and support you've given us and we are so happy to provide a place you can feel at home. As we grow, we promise to provide, an environment at the brewery where you, your friends and family, come to drink incredible beers, eat great food  and receive outstanding customer service upon every visit. We are truly grateful for your continued support at every level and look forward to serving you at the brewery again soon.  

 

Vol. 6.0 Membership Offerings

 

CHOOSE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING TWO OPTIONS ON OZNR

OPTION 1: SINGLE BOTTLE MEMBERSHIP

Single Bottle Allocation Family Membership - $225 Plus Sales Tax, (3 Sons pays the OZNR fee) to include the following:

• 6 x 500 ml bottles of barrel aged beers

• Family Members Party with an option to purchase a +1 ticket (Member ticket is non-transferable).

• Early access to all bottle releases offered via OZNR

• Early access to all Ticketed Events

• 10% discount on all 3 Sons Tasting Room draft beers including barrel aged beers

• 10% off on all cellared bottle beers (on site consumption only)

• 10% off on all 3 Sons 4 Packs/Cans purchased in the tasting room

• 20% off all merchandise

OPTION 2: DOUBLE BOTTLE MEMBERSHIP

DOUBLE Bottle Allocation Family Membership - $425 Plus Sales Tax, (3 Sons pays the OZNR fee) To include the following:

• 12 x 500 ml bottles of barrel aged beers

• The opportunity to purchase EXTRA FAMILY MEMBER BOTTLES, through OZNR, when available. 

• Family Members Party with an option to purchase a +1 ticket (Member ticket is non-transferable).

• Early access to all bottle releases offered via OZNR

• Early access to all Ticketed Events

• 10% discount on all Tasting Room draft beers including barrel aged beers

• 10% off on all cellared bottle beers (on site consumption only)

• 10% off on all 3 Sons 4 Packs/Cans purchased in the tasting room

• 20% off all merchandise

FAMILY MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

 

PLEASE READ IN ITS ENTIRETY!

PLEASE NOTE, IF YOU CANNOT PICK UP YOUR BOTTLES IN PERSON AT 3 SONS BREWING CO, 236 N FEDERAL HIGHWAY, UNIT 104, DANIA BEACH, FL 33004 (THE BREWERY), OR CANNOT HAVE THEM PICKED UP IN PERSON BY A PROXY AT THE BREWERY, PLEASE DO NOT APPLY FOR A MEMBERSHIP.  WE CAN NOT AND DO NOT SHIP BEER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES AND WE HAVE LIMITED STORAGE SPACE, ALL BOTTLES MUST BE PICKED UP BY THE MEMBER OR THEIR PROXY, NO LATER THAN SIX WEEKS AFTER EACH BOTTLE RELEASE DATE, OR YOUR BOTTLES WILL BE FORFEITED.

 

​YOUR PAYMENT FOR A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.

 

​3 Sons Brewing Co. LLC (3 SONS) Obligations:

• ​​3 SONS shall provide to Family Members the number of allocated bottles of their membership level noted above; these bottles shall be released periodically over the course of their Family Members membership.  No advanced determinations of selections will be released by 3 SONS.

•  3 SONS will have the exclusive right to select the releases for its Family Members. The selection and availability of beer available to Family Members are not necessarily, but may be, exclusive to Family Members. The determination of exclusivity shall be made by 3 SONS in its sole discretion.

• 3 SONS will apply a 10% discount on 3 Sons beer and 20% on merchandise purchases made by Family Members at the 3 SONS Tasting Room. The discount is only available to the Family Members and shall not apply to purchases made by a member’s proxy. Any members found sharing their Family Membership for discounts may be ineligible to participate in future membership iterations.

• 3 SONS shall notify each Family Member by email of the date of a Family Members bottle release. This notice will be sent to the email address you have designated to 3 SONS as your communication email address via your OZNR account.  This e mail address MUST match the one on your OZNR account that is registered to your Family Membership. 3 SONS will also post on its Family Member Facebook page and Instagram the release dates. 3 SONS shall not be responsible for any email not received or responded to and it is the Family Members responsibility to notify 3 Sons by email at familymember@3sonsbrewingco.com of any change of email address.​

•  3 SONS will provide all Family Members early access to purchase Barrel Aged and non-barreled aged bottle releases.  These early access releases will be decided solely by 3 SONS. Any special release under this section must be purchased separately and are not included in the Family Membership.

• ​3 SONS reserves the right to change or amend the membership at any point during the duration of the membership, except for reducing the number or size of bottles released.

• There is no predetermined expiration date for the Family Membership period, and the Family Membership shall automatically terminate thirty (30) days after the final bottle is released to the Family Members. No dates for the release of the final Family Members bottle selection have been determined.

• 3 SONS shall notify Family Members of the final release/date. This notice shall be provided by email to the email address designated by the Family Member and posted on the Family Members Facebook page.

• Bottles may be picked up during normal hours of operation at the 3 SONS Tasting Room up to 6 weeks after each release.

• 3 SONS will revoke a Membership should any Family Member be caught selling Family Membership bottles.  No refunds will be given to the Family Member for any unfilled bottle allotments.

• 3 SONS may revoke a Membership and deny the ability to join any other future membership editions of the Family Memberships to any member at any time and for any reason at the sole discretion of 3 SONS. Should membership be revoked, a pro-rata refund will be issued based on remaining bottles less fees.

• 3 SONS may revoke the ability of a member’s proxy from picking up any releases for a member at any time, for any reason at the sole discretion of 3 SONS.

Family Members Obligations:

• Members Expressly acknowledge that 3 SONS does not ship beer.

• Members Expressly acknowledge that Family Members do not have exclusivity to any packaged barrel-aged beers or to any other packaged or draft 3 SONS releases.

• Members Expressly acknowledges their Family Membership will be managed via the OZNR app and all Members must register and use the app for all releases and special release purchases. 

• Members Expressly acknowledge their responsibility to keep their contact information accurate and up to date via the OZNR app, in order to receive timely notices of any release available to Family Members.

• All Family Members must ensure that any email sent by 3 SONS is not disposed of or placed into a spam folder.

• Family Members must be over 21 years of age at the time of entering into this Membership Agreement and any assigned proxies must be over age 21.

• Family Members or their proxy must present a valid government-issued picture ID to pick up the Family Members selection.

• Family Members are responsible for choosing and updating the name and email address of their proxy.

• Family Members may designate a proxy to collect their items.  A proxy must be assigned via the OZNR app, and an assignment for a proxy must be made for each item the proxy will be picking up, each time for each release as the proxies do not carry over. Any proxy selected by the Family Member must be over age 21 and be acknowledged as having permission from the member to pick up any, and all member related items, for the member. All proxy assignments must be set up by the member via the OZNR app and a current email address for the proxy provided. • All Family Member bottles must be picked up by either the member or the proxy in the 3 SONS Tasting Room in Dania Beach, FL. within 6 weeks of the bottle release or the bottles will be forfeited. 

• Family Members must accept the bottle release selection made by 3 SONS, for the Family Members, according to this Membership Agreement.

 

There are no refunds for either the Family Member’s fees or for any purchase made under the terms of this Membership Agreement.

Your physical membership card is replaced by showing your Membership info to 3 Sons staff via the OZNR app to receive on site discounts.

 

Family Membership does not offer an auto renewal or subscription option. Any member that does not sign up for the next volume of Family Membership within the stated timeframe for that Volume’s renewal will no longer be a Family Member and will have to re-enter the Family Members’ lottery to regain membership.

 

Any Family Members bottle not picked up by either the Family Member or the designated proxy within 6 weeks of the release date will result in the forfeiture of the bottle or bottles by the Family Member(s) and the payment for the selection.

  

YOUR PAYMENT FOR A FAMILY MEMBERSHIP CONSTITUTES YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
